Powder
Coatings
Vanwin's powder coating capabilities include both
automated and batch processes, for high volume, short run,
or oversize parts. Our large facility and 2-shift operation
allow us to meet, or exceed your turnaround requirements. |

Painting
Vanwin has experience with a wide variety of coating
systems for applications such as Marine, Oil and Gas, Military, and
Architectural. From Aliphatic Polyurethane to Inorganic Zinc, we can
work with you to specify a suitable system to meet your needs. |
Abrasive
Blasting
Vanwin's largest indoor blast facility is 20' wide x 60' long,
allowing us to accommodate just about any item which can be
trucked to our facility. By using a variety of media, such
as aluminum oxide, steel grit, steel shot, glass bead, and
plastic media, we can achieve the required blast standard
efficiently, and without damaging the substrate. Our mobile
equipment allows us to stage outside jobs, in compliance
with all applicable regulations. |

Specialized
Coatings
For specialized applications Metalizing with aluminum,
zinc, or CRES wire can provide superior corrosion resistance. Vanwin
is a distributor and approved applicator of CeRam-Kote®, an
extremely durable, ceramic rich coating with excellent corrosion,
and abrasion resistant properties. For high temp, and chemical
resistant applications, a PTFE coating by Whitford may be the
choice. |
